Roehl Transport Announces Hiring for Refrigerated Drivers Across National OTR and Midwest-Based Regional Fleets

Roehl Transport is expanding its refrigerated division and actively hiring CDL A drivers for several high demand fleets: the National Refrigerated OTR Fleet, the Refrigerated Dairyland Regional Fleet and the Refrigerated Midwest Regional Fleet. 

Strong options for CDL A drivers and those who want to become truck drivers:

National Refrigerated OTR Fleet 
Drivers in Roehl’s OTR refrigerated fleet haul primarily cheese and other frozen or temperature controlled products using modern, state of the art trailers. Typical home time is three days after 11–14 days out, with the option to stay out longer and be home longer. Roehl’s Dynamic Pay Plan rewards time and performance with the top 50% of drivers averaging $1,540 a week.

Refrigerated Dairyland Regional Fleet (Wisconsin & Neighboring States)

For drivers who want to stay closer to home, Roehl’s Dairyland Regional Fleet offers weekly home time (at least 48 hours), typically operating Monday–Friday or Saturday morning. Drivers haul temperature controlled freight such as cheese, frozen pizzas, and ice cream, running routes within Wisconsin and into Eastern Minnesota, Northern Illinois, and Northern Michigan. Drivers on the Dairyland fleet earn $1,010 - $1,625 a week.

Refrigerated Midwest Regional Fleet (including areas in South Dakota, Minnesota, Indiana and Ohio)

For drivers who may live outside the Dairyland hiring area, but who also want to earn more and be home weekly, Roehl’s Midwest Refrigerated Regional Fleet offers weekly home time (at least 48 hours) hauling similar temperature controlled freight (cheese, frozen pizzas, and ice cream). The operating area is a little larger and includes more of Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, Ohio and Pennsylvania). Drivers on the Refrigerated Midwest Regional Fleet average $1,270 a week.
