Capacity Planner

As a Capacity Planner you make a difference by planning the drivers within your Market on customer freight that will maximize the productive use of their available hours of service, meet our customers expectations for on time pickup and delivery, limits the amount of unbilled miles, and accommodates drivers hometime requests. You will work very closely with your Market Owner to identify strategic freight flows and specific Market needs, with your Customer Service Representative to secure ample freight to meet the demand of the drivers in the Market, with your Customer Service Assistant to ensure that pick up and delivery appointments are set to maximize driver productivity, and with Fleet Managers to facilitate effective communication regarding driver productivity and customers' service expectations.

Refrigerated Trailer Technician

As a Refrigerated Trailer Technician you make a difference by ensuring that our refrigerated trailers are properly maintained so that drivers are able to stay safe and productive as they provide services to our customers. You do this by performing preventative maintenance service, scheduled repairs, and emergency repairs to our refrigerated trailers. You trouble shoot and diagnose issues and make good decisions under pressure, prioritize tasks, and use your strong technical knowledge to successfully perform your job.

Trailer Technician

As a Trailer Technician you make a difference by conducting preventative and routine maintenance on our van, refrigerated, flatbed and curtainside trailers. You also troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with those trailers.

As Warehouse Specialist you make a difference by ensuring the safe and efficient shipping and receiving of goods from our cold storage facility in Owen, WI. You are responsible for the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods. You provide excellent service to our drivers and our customers.

Body Technician

The job:
Marshfield, WI As a Body Technician you make a difference by ensuring that our drivers are able to stay safe and productive in good looking vehicle as they provide services to our customers. This position requires a detailed person that is willing to learn and we will train an individual if they do not have the experience.


Additionally you will need to possess experience and knowledge or we will train you on body work, shop operations, and documentation. Our environment is exciting and dynamic. Therefore, it is critical that you are able to accept change and adapt quickly to new situations and professionally cope with changing job demands. You will also need to have basic knowledge and experience working with computers for repair order entry.

The Experience:
This position is open to everyone from seasoned veterans to recent graduates or limited experience! If you have a solid work ethic and want to make a difference then we want you!

The Schedule:
This opportunity provides you with an excellent work/life balance.

8 days on/6 days off, 6 AM to 4 PM

The Wage:

Driver Recruiter

As a Driver Employment Specialist you make a difference by converting qualified candidates for our driver positions into motivated team members. Specifically, you will hire drivers into our Get Your CDL (GYCDL) Program. This is our paid, on-the-job training program for individuals who do not yet have a CDL. In this role you are part recruiter and part educator. Through your knowledge, care, and understanding, you educate candidates on the benefits and challenges of being an over-the-road driver.
