You will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine how to proactively identify, research, resolve and document technical issues that arise. Additionally, you use your superb customer service skills to work closely with end-users to ensure they have an exceptional customer service experience.
We are looking for someone with expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop technologies, including RDS and Office, printers, VoIP phone systems, and desktop/laptop hardware components in a 24x7 Service Level environment.
You will need knowledge of Active Directory and network services (DNS, DHCP, and WINS) and experience configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices.
A big plus if you have experience with Office 365, SharePoint, Windows 7, 8, & 10, Cisco voice & video technologies, and the Microsoft System Center Suite.
