Administrative and Staffing Coordinator

The Opportunity:

B2B Systems Integration Manager

The Opportunity:
As a B2B Systems Integration Manager with Roehl Transport, you make a difference by leading a team responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing EDI solutions that utilize Microsoft Azure, xslt mappings, .Net programming, and other custom Roehl applications. Additionally, this position will lead our offshore Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team who specialize in optimizing and automating Roehl business. You will use your technical expertise to oversee the flow of data in and out of the organization and the ongoing maintenance and support of existing data integrations and automations. You will serve as a coach and mentor for your team in technical standards and procedures as well as soft skills of communication, collaboration, task management, and ensuring quality efforts in all deliverables.

The Experience:
The ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems and/or 5 to 10 years of experience building software solutions
  • 3-5 years of experience integrating solutions in an automated EDI/B2B environment
  • 3-5 years of experience managing an internal team
  • 1-3 years of experience managing an offshore team
  • Expertise with scripting languages, FTP, SFTP, and AS2 transfer protocols and tools
  • Expertise in Azure or other Cloud technologies utilizing B2B software tools
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Stack (Azure, .Net, C#, WCF, Entity Framework, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server)
  • Expertise with mapping, messaging, and translation applications
  • To be successful in this role you need to have the ability to architect solutions with the latest technologies and apply those technologies to your work
  • Strong understanding of monitoring, debugging, performance, and managing costs within Azure

Safety Lane Technician

The Opportunity:

We are looking for someone with good mechanical aptitude with the willingness and ability to learn proper repair techniques and to work outside in all types of weather conditions. 

The Experience:
This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for someone with a high level of mechanical aptitude but who has not had formal education or experience in a diesel shop. We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful.

The Schedule:
You will work Monday through Friday 2 PM to 11 PM
The Wage:
Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. You are also eligible for a variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and Paid Time Off!

You trouble shoot and diagnose issues and make good decisions under pressure, prioritize tasks, and use your strong technical knowledge to successfully perform your job.
Schedule; 8 days on/ 6 days off or 4 days on/ 3 days off, 3 AM to 1 AM

Diesel Truck and Trailer Technician

As a Diesel Technician you are on the front lines! You will perform preventative maintenance service, scheduled repairs, and emergency repairs to our tractors and trailers. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues and make good decisions under pressure, prioritize tasks, and use your strong technical knowledge to successfully perform your job.

Schedule Monday through Friday 3 PM to Midnight. This schedule pays a $3.00 per hour shift differential pay.

Tarp and Fuel Island Technician

As a Tarp Repair and Fuel Island Technician you make a difference by repairing the tarps that are used by our flatbed drivers to protect our customers freight, issuing and transferring equipment to our drivers, managing equipment inventory and supporting the maintenance manager. You also inspect our trucks and trailers as they enter our facility and look for mechanical deficiencies that need to be addressed. You will perform minor repairs on the tractors and trailers.

You create Driver Success by ensuring that our drivers have the proper  and well maintained equipment to do their work.

Welding Fabrication Technician (Marshfield)
