Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant you make a difference by scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments that help keep our drivers productive and meet our customer's service expectations. You look for innovative solutions to create a win/win scenario for Roehl Transport and our customers. You are tenacious and use any means necessary to schedule your appointments: phone, email, websites, perhaps even a carrier pigeon (hey we said innovative solutions). You collaborate daily with other team members with your market area to achieve key objectives in productivity and service. Customer Service Support

As a Customer Service Support team member you make a difference by supporting our customers during the overnight hours. Your support includes booking freight, providing status updates on active pickup and deliveries and providing solutions to the various and complex challenges that arise.

Additionally, you provide support to our professional drivers by making sure we have productive freight available for them and resolving issues when they arise.

Dedicated Customer Service Planner

As a Dedicated Customer Service Planner you make a difference by managing one of our key customer accounts. Specifically you manage the customers key performance indicators, solicit and book customer freight, and plan your dedicated drivers on the freight that will maximize the safe and productive use of their available hours of service, meets the customers' expectations for on time pickup and delivery, limits the amount of unbilled miles, and accommodates drivers' hometime requests. Fleet Support Coordinator

Fleet Support Coordinator | Extended Operations

As a Fleet Support Coordinator for Extended Operations you will learn how to provide support to our professional drivers during non-business hours. You work with drivers across our van, flatbed, specialized, refrigerated and dedicated divisions. You will work directly with our experienced Extended Operations team as you learn how to provide effective support in the areas of time management, service, fuel management, safety and conflict resolution. As a crucial part of your learning you will provide support by taking incoming calls from drivers and resolving their issues as well as reading and responding to driver messages. Once you have mastered this position you will be promoted to an Extended Operations Support Specialist. You create Driver Success by providing solutions to our drivers and ensuring they have the support they need during the overnight hours.

Logistics Service Representative

As a Logistics Service Representative (LSR) you Make a Difference by providing transportation solutions to our customers' freight needs by working with our extensive network of third-party carriers.

Maintenance Support Coordinator

As a Maintenance Support Coordinator you make a difference by providing support to our driving teammates through diagnosing mechanical issues and coordinating maintenance repairs for our tractor and trailer units that are over the road. We provide you with the training and support you need so that you can provide optimal support to our drivers. Additionally you oversee the over the road truck maintenance processes and ensure that we are meeting our key business metrics of safety, service and cost.

Payment Resolution and Collection Specialist

As a Credit Analyst you make a difference by positively impacting company cash flow. You do this primarily by monitoring and maintaining assigned customer accounts to ensure accurate and expedient payments. You identify past due accounts and actively call customer to encourage payment and resolve payment issues. You interact with our billing, customer service and sales departments to resolve discrepancies and problems. You maintain account aging, unapplied cash and bad debit expectations. Additionally you are responsible for completing credit references and providing credit approval or denial decisions.

President | Van Group

Roehl Transport, Inc., a privately owned truckload transportation company, is conducting a nationwide candidate search for a President to lead our Van Group.  

The qualified candidate will possess a proven track record with extensive experience as a lead operations manager, or similar senior role. Reporting to the CEO and owner of the business, the Van Group President will be a member of our executive leadership team and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The Van Group President provides executive leadership for Customers Service and Fleet Management in our Van, Refrigerated and Dedicated Divisions as well as leadership to our Commercial Sales Team. This role has full P&L responsibility for the Van Group and is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting and financial planning.

A good operational leader should be “at the elbow of the CEO”, ready to support and challenge him in leading the business. Vice President of Finance

Roehl is conducting a nationwide candidate search for a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance and accounting function. The qualified candidate will possess a proven track record with extensive experience as a lead finance and accounting manager, or similar senior role.
