As a cost accountant you make a difference by providing operational and financial analysis of the business, including strategic objectives in revenue, driver retention & productivity, service and safety. We receive a high volume of inbound calls from individuals interested in our on the job training program as well as our driving opportunities for experienced drivers. Through your knowledge, attentiveness, focus and general brilliance you will provide guidance to these candidates in the early stages of the selection process. Your ultimate goal is to convert an interested candidate into an informed applicant.

Fleet Support Coordinator | Extended Operations

As a Fleet Support Coordinator for Extended Operations you will learn how to provide support to our professional drivers during non-business hours. You work with drivers across our van, flatbed, specialized, refrigerated and dedicated divisions. You will work directly with our experienced Extended Operations team as you learn how to provide effective support in the areas of time management, service, fuel management, safety and conflict resolution. As a crucial part of your learning you will provide support by taking incoming calls from drivers and resolving their issues as well as reading and responding to driver messages. Once you have mastered this position you will be promoted to an Extended Operations Support Specialist. You create Driver Success by providing solutions to our drivers and ensuring they have the support they need during the overnight hours.

Logistics Service Representative

As a Logistics Service Representative (LSR) you Make a Difference by providing transportation solutions to our customers' freight needs by working with our extensive network of third-party carriers.

As an LSR you start off by building strong relationships with third-party carriers from around the country. You learn about your carriers freight hauling needs and then connect them to freight that will meet their needs and our customers' needs. You negotiate rates with customers and carriers and continually look for business solutions for our customers' and carriers'.

This is a fast paced position that requires the ability to look for creative and innovative solutions that will meet and exceed our customers' and carriers' expectations!

Maintenance Support Coordinator

As a Maintenance Support Coordinator you make a difference by providing support to our driving teammates through diagnosing mechanical issues and coordinating maintenance repairs for our tractor and trailer units that are over the road. We provide you with the training and support you need so that you can provide optimal support to our drivers. Additionally you oversee the over the road truck maintenance processes and ensure that we are meeting our key business metrics of safety, service and cost.

Safety Assistant

As a Safety Assistant you make a difference by ensuring that our professional drivers maintain compliance with company policy as well as Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations. You will do this by reviewing a variety of documents to ensure regulatory compliance as well as corporate compliance.
