Accounts Receivable Processor

The Opportunity:

As an ARP, you monitor and maintain receivable accounts, resolve past due accounts, conduct credit references, and establish credit limits for customers. 

The Fit:

As an ARP, you work within our accounting system to manage dispute resolution, accounts receivable, and weekly aging. Additionally, you work directly with customers to ensure accurate and timely payment and dispute resolution.

Orientation Instructor

The Opportunity:
Now is your chance to train the generation of professional drivers for Roehl Transport. Roehl is an ATA Presidents' Award-winning carrier and we train and employ the safest, most professional drivers in the industry by teaching them to hold safety and a value that is beyond compromise, and by training them in the Roehl Way of Protective Driving.  As an Orientation Instructor, you will continue to use the knowledge and experiences you've acquired as a Class A CDL driver, while enjoying a set schedule that allows you to be home nightly!

You will take each of your classes through training to successfully complete a road test. The work you do supports the success of our future drivers and the company.

The Fit:
 As an instructor and teacher, you must empathize effectively, be a solid communicator, a first-rate listener, and possess a high level of self-awareness.

The Experience:
This position requires that you hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least two (2) years of experience operating a Class A commercial motor vehicle.

  • Effective communication skills with a diverse audience via phone, email and through websites
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to work with dual-screen computer monitors

Fleet Manager Trainee

The Opportunity:

As a Fleet Management Trainee, you will learn the skills you need to lead a team of up to 45 drivers and support their ability to be productive, safe, and deliver flawless service to our customers. We will provide you with comprehensive training including an experienced Fleet Manager mentor, online learning, classroom training, and more! Our goal is to provide you with the resources you need to be fully prepared to lead your own fleet of drivers as a Fleet Manager at the end of your training period.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop of working knowledge of the transportation/trucking industry
  • Develop a strong understanding of Roehl’s company values, procedures, and systems
  • Participate in team meetings, huddles, and mentoring programs
  • Complete hands-on and computer-based training
  • Learn skills needed to coach, problem-solve, and resolve conflict with drivers

1st shift Truck/Trailer Technician

Job Description:

  • Roehl Transport is seeking a Truck /Trailer Technician to help support our fleet of over 2,000 trucks  and over 5,000 trailers! We have Late model equipment. We take pride in the safety and reliability of our vehicles and are looking for a Truck/Trailer Technician to do the same!
Experience:
  • Previous experience in the repair field is a plus. We will provide the necessary training to be successful.
Pay:
  • Wage $ 24.00 - $30.00, based on experience.
