Expectations

• Experience: Most regional fleets require recent CDL-A experience. Some fleets require 6 months or a year. [CONFIRM minimums per fleet]

• Pay structure: Dynamic Pay Plan + address-to-address practical route mileage (5–8% more paid miles than HHG carriers).
