Expectations
- Experience: Most regional fleets require recent CDL-A experience. Some fleets require 6 months or a year. [CONFIRM minimums per fleet]

- Pay structure: Dynamic Pay Plan + address-to-address practical route mileage (5–8% more paid miles than HHG carriers).
- Average weekly earnings: ~$1,380/week for home weekly drivers, with a range of 880-2,000/week depending on fleet, lanes, and performance. [CONFIRM]
