Roehl Transport, one of the largest transportation companies in America, will pay you to earn a commercial driver’s license and become a professional truck driver. Don’t miss out on your chance to get your CDL because you think it will take too long or cost too much. While we lay out the steps to earning your CLP and or CDL in Missouri on your own, the process can be tough. With this in mind, we also offer paid training. We will train you while you work towards earning your CDL, and you will get paid at the same time.

If you need help while you are doing research, you can call our Employment Advisors at 715-591-7050.

Earn While You Train

If you’re accepted into the Roehl program, you’re hired! You immediately go on our payroll and earn $616 a week while you prepare for your CDL. You’ll work at one of our four training centers, where learning to drive is your job. You practice with the same Roehl trucks you’ll soon be driving as a pro. Once you have your license, your on-the-job training continues, delivering actual freight on the open road with a Certified Driver Trainer.

If you’ve been thinking about paying for CDL school, think again. Don’t take out a loan for the $3000 to $7000 that most programs demand. Be cautious about other trucking firms that will pay your tuition; you’ll still have to meet your living expenses while you study. Instead, sign on for Roehl’s paid CDL training and put yourself on the truck driving career track right away. Roehl drivers are on track to earning $70,000+!

Drivers Needed Now

Why is Roehl doing this? Quite simply, we need drivers. The industry does. The demand for professional truck drivers is high, and with lots of boomers retiring every year, that demand isn’t going away. Driving is a secure professional career to support you and your family.

Roehl Transport isn’t just any company. We’ve been around since 1962 and have been training drivers for over 25 years. Our CEO, Rick Roehl, still has his CDL and still delivers freight on regular over-the-road runs! Roehl is a trucking company run for and by truckers. We offer a choice of pay packages and a full array of benefits, including medical, dental, visual, life insurance, 401K and profit sharing.

What’s the catch? Our training is valuable, and you'll sign an agreement to drive 120,000 solo miles with Roehl (about 15 months). If this deal sounds too good to be true, check out what others say about Roehl and the opportunity we offer.

Get Started Right Away

Are you ready for a change? Remember, the job isn’t for everybody. You may need to be away from home a week or more at a time, and in addition to driving, you’ll have to plan routes, manage freight and interact with customers.

However, if you think a career as a professional truck driver might be right for you, start finding out today! Use these step by step instructions to see if you qualify, and get going on your new adventure.
