Congratulations to Roehl Transport truck driver Juan Rosado Lozada for being named a semi-finalist in the Transition Trucking: Driving for Excellence Award!

Juan was born in ManatÃ, Puerto Rico, and he moved to Tampa, Florida at the age of 15. Juan served in the United States Marine Corps, and he obtained his CDL through the Troops into Transportation program at Fort Benning, Georgia. He joined Roehl in February of 2026 as a National Flatbed Fleet truck driver, and he’s also a member of the Roehl Honor Program.
Transition Trucking is presented by the U.S Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Hiring Our Heroes Program (HOH), Kenworth, and FASTPORT. It's a national competition for America’s top military rookie driver. The winning driver is selected after a year-long competition among veterans, guard members and reservists who have made the successful transition in the trucking industry following military service.
Roehl Transport has repeatedly been recognized as a Military Friendly Employer, and the company has had a driving teammate in the Transition Trucking semi-finals every year since 2018. Joseph Campbell and Charles Jones Jr. won the overall award as members of TeamRoehl in 2019 & 2025, respectively.
