When you start at Roehl as a driver in one of our National or Regional Van, Flatbed or Refrigerated fleets, you’ll gain experience and confidence quickly, and over time (about six months) you’ll have additional fleet options, including Dedicated and Curtainside Fleets.

Dedicated fleets offer many unique schedule, pay and freight options. Curtainside drivers are typically home weekly and have the highest average earnings at Roehl. In certain areas, local truck driving positions are regularly available for drivers with six months experience.

Even more options become available to you with six months experience. One of those is the opportunity to be a Certified Driver Trainer. Once you’ve satisfied your agreement, even more opportunities abound.
