When you first join Roehl, you’re focused on getting your CDL.

You’ll typically start as a driver in one of our National or Regional Van, Flatbed or Refrigerated fleets. In those fleets, you’ll gain experience and confidence quickly, and over time (about six months) you’ll have additional fleet options, including HOMEtime PLUS, Dedicated and Curtainside Fleets.

HOMEtime PLUS fleets offer the industry's best mix of home time and regular driving schedules. Dedicated fleets offer many unique schedule, pay and freight options. Curtainside drivers are typically home weekly and have the highest average earnings at Roehl. In certain areas, local truck driving positions are regularly available for drivers with six months experience. You can also become a Certified Driver Trainer. Once you’ve satisfied your agreement, even more opportunities abound.
