Roehl's Amanda Worthen Named a Top Woman to Watch in Trucking

Congratulations to Amanda Worthen, Roehl Transport’s Director of Driver Employment, who was recently named to the Women In Trucking Association’s 2026 Top Women to Watch in Trucking list. Amanda was one of 75 women recognized for her accomplishments and her impact on other women in the industry.  

“Recognizing the accomplishments and influence of women across the trucking industry is central to WIT’s mission,” said Jennifer Hedrick, president and CEO of the Women In Trucking Association. “This year’s professionals honored on this list reflect the strength, leadership, and vision shaping the future of trucking, and they are truly women to watch,” she added. 

In every recruiting leadership role across several carriers in the industry, Amanda has recognized talent and encouraged women to grow into leadership roles within the organization. In previous roles, she has promoted and mentored multiple women into supervisor and manager roles helping them build their confidence and skills to develop their own highly functional teams. Three have risen to Manager or Sr. Manager level with two well-known brands while the other is new in her supervisor’s journey and showing great promise.
