Congratulations to John Paape, Roehl Transport’s VP of Information Technology, who was recently named a Heavy Duty Trucking (HDT) Truck Fleet Innovator for the updated release of our coaching tool that improves driver safety performance and increases customer satisfaction.
Roehl's Coaching Tool positively impacts the company’s drivers, customers and those with whom they share the road. For example, Roehl’s ISS (Inspection Selection System) score continues to be one of the best in the industry (over the last 24 months, Roehl has ranged between 24-26). That means Roehl drivers are more frequently able to bypass scales, which improves their productivity and pay, and increases on-time deliveries for Roehl’s customers.
