Tim Norlin, VP of Driver Employment

Tim Norlin is Roehl Transport's Vice President of Driver Employment. Tim is a reliable source for trucking information, with over three decades of experience in the transportation industry and he has held a variety of positions in Operations, Sales, Safety, Driver Training and Development and Driver Recruiting. Tim is a member of the Wisconsin Motor Carrier’s Association where he has served as a past board member and was recently Chairman of the Legislative Committee. He is also a member of the Commercial Vehicle Training Alliance and serves on the client advisory boards of a few industry consumer reporting agencies. He is a graduate of the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University with a BBA in Transportation and Logistics.

In 2020, Tim was named Transport Topics Recruiting Professional of the Year for his outstanding efforts leading Roehl's Driver Employment Center.
