Recent Testimonial from Bob R., current Flatbed Dedicated Midwest Fleet Driver:
I've been with several companies in my 25 years of trucking and being on (this dedicated flatbed midwest fleet) with Bob B. as a FM has truly made me love my career. I enjoy going to the same customers on a repetitive basis which gives me a good repor with them and they are pleased when they see me pull up. I like the idea of being home every weekend and I get more consistent miles than I did on the national fleet. With the Conestoga trailers I don't have to be throwing tarps all the time. Best of all, I don't have to even see Chicago 🤣
. I guess most of all I enjoy the relationship I have with all the people that I work with.

Address-to-Address Mileage Calculations
Once again, Roehl leads the trucking industry in mileage pay calculations with practical route address-to-address mileage calculations. Address to address practical route miles have the advantages of using the practical route and the actual starting and ending address for a load. As a result, these mileage calculations more accurately reflect the miles Roehl drivers have driven on each load.

About Roehl's Dynamic Pay Plans™ & Accident Free Pay
Roehl's Dynamic Pay Plans™ better reward Roehl drivers for their time & performance, especially when compared to the old “flat cents per mile” pay plans other companies use. The Dynamic Pay Plan rewards you for your time, not just the miles you drive! Learn more about how you can take home more with Roehl!
Roehl drivers earn accident free pay when they do not have preventable accidents and complete all assigned training timely. Instead of waiting to receive a quarterly or other bonus, Roehl drivers earn additional cents per mile for each accident-free mile they drive, as they drive them. In 2022, nearly 92% of Roehl drivers who were eligible for accident free pay earned it, and we paid
Roehl drivers $4 million in accident free safety incentives!
