In this home daily truck driving job in our Dairyland Fleet, you’ll haul temperature-controlled freight across Wisconsin and into neighboring states AND, you will be home every day!
You will haul mostly refrigerated loads like cheese and other frozen and temperature-controlled products (no milk) within Wisconsin and across state borders into Eastern Minnesota, Northern Illinois, and Northern Michigan.

Eligibility

Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience. Some fleets may require 6 months or even a year of experience to join. Have a CDL, but no recent experience? Check out the Roehl Relaunch Program™!
Address-to-Address Mileage Calculations
Once again, Roehl leads the trucking industry in mileage pay calculations with practical route address-to-address mileage calculations. Address to address practical route miles have the advantages of using the practical route and the actual starting and ending address for a load. As a result, these mileage calculations more accurately reflect the miles Roehl drivers have driven on each load.

Roehl drivers earn accident free pay when they do not have preventable accidents and complete all assigned training timely. Instead of having to wait to receive a quarterly or other bonus, Roehl drivers earn additional cents per mile for each accident free mile they drive, as they drive them. In 2021, over 90% of Roehl drivers who were eligible for accident free pay earned it, and we expect to pay more than
$3.5 million in accident free safety incentives in 2022!
