Job Overview
You’ll get up to 120 days of hometime per year in the Refrigerated HOMEtime PLUS™ 7on 4off/7on 3off. You’ll drive seven days hauling mostly cheese and other frozen or temperature controlled products across 48 states and Canada, and then you’ll be home for four days. After that, you’ll drive for seven days and then be home for three days.
The Refrigerated HOMEtime PLUS™ 7on 4off/7on 3off Fleet offers many of the same benefits as the National Refrigerated Fleet, including the Your Choice Pay Plan™ that allows you to earn a pay increase each quarter up to our top rate. Choose this fleet if you want predictable hometime over the course of a two-week period – you’ll be home every seven days and you’ll still see the nation.
About HOMEtime PLUS™
Roehl’s HOMEtime PLUS™ options provide consistent, dependable schedules with up to 26 weeks a year off. Our flexible national fleet home time options offer three days home after driving eleven to fourteen days, and if you stay out longer you can earn up to seven days home at a time.

About our Equipment
As your home away from home, you'll drive a truck that is superbly maintained, efficient and clean. You will drive a truck from our recently updated fleet of more than 1,900 power units including mostly Freightliners and Internationals.
Almost all of our trucks feature Cummins or Detroit Engines under the hood, providing you with world-class reliability, beautiful styling and comfort. Our fleet of 5,200 trailers include DuraPlate® van trailers, standard, step deck and RGN flatbed trailers, curtainside trailers and temperature controlled units.
