Job Overview

The Opportunity:
As Market Owner, you lead and improve the overall performance of your Market. You will be looking for ways maximize driver productivity and grow our book of business with new and existing customers.

You lead your team to Drive Results in:

• maximizing freight opportunities
  • load acceptance, freight solicitation, and collaborative growth with Roehl Logistics
• customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• maximizing revenue, profit, and Contribution per Day
  • reducing lost time, empty miles, and idle equipment
• coaching your team to develop and enhance their skills

• extensive truckload transportation experience and general transportation knowledge
• initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
• strong leadership abilities and communication skills
• willingness to learn from all and seek input from others
• the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels and different backgrounds
• personal confidence and the ability to coach and develop others
• high-level of planning and organizing skills
• proficiency with MS Office tools and technology in general
• strong problem solving skills
