Roehl Transport has won its 15th Quest for Quality Award from Logistics Management (LM) magazine. The award is the highest measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence in the transportation and logistics industry.
The 2021 Quest for Quality Award is also Roehl's twelfth consecutive win, and what makes the award so special is that Logistics Management’s readers are qualified buyers of transportation and logistics services.
“The reason that the Quest for Quality Awards stand out among the others in the industry is that they're not a popularity contest - or the result of the number of clicks on a ballot,” said Michael Levans, group editorial director of Peerless Media, the publisher of LM. “Instead, this annual survey of LM readers is invitation only, ensuring that all participants are qualified shippers that use the services on a regular basis.”
