1. Job Title: Dedicated Advantage Fleet

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,250

Job Description: Dedicated Advantage Fleet drivers will move freight (retail) from the distribution center directly to retail locations in OH, IN, and MI. Freight for this dedicated position is all drop and hook. Drivers for this fleet have the option of starting their work weeks on either Sunday or Monday. Drivers operate Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday and then have 34 to 48 hours of home time. Drivers are paid based on mileage, pick-ups and drops, and have the ability to earn both performance and safety bonuses. This fleet requires drivers to have at least 4 months of experience and hold a valid Class A commercial driver’s license.

2. Job Title: Dedicated Elwood Paper Fleet

Average Weekly Earnings: $1150

Average Annual Earnings: $60,040

Job Description: The Elwood Paper Fleet serves a single customer and operates within a couple hundred miles from home. Loads for this fleet are planned several days in advance, meaning there is less waiting and more driving. The mileage for this dedicated fleet, like all of Roehl’s dedicated fleets, is consistent. This job provides weekly home time ranging from 34 to 48 hours off, including a portion of the weekend. Earn up to $1365 week with practical mileage pay, as opposed to household goods mileage.

3. Job Title:  Dedicated Northeast Kraft Fleet

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,350

Average Annual Earnings: $69,250

Job Description: Come drive for Kraft, a longtime Roehl customer. Drivers for the Dedicated Kraft Fleet will operate mostly in the Northeast, including Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maine, Eastern New York, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Drivers will drive approximately 5.5-6 days per week. Quarterly and safety bonus opportunities are available as well as a .05/mile bonus for experienced drivers.

4. Job Title: Dedicated Refrigerated Kraft Fleet

Average Weekly Earnings: $1350

Average Annual Earnings: $70, 500

Job Description: Consistent (averaging 34 hours per week), weekly home time with this fleet can be expected. The routes for this fleet a regular and predictable with pick-ups and deliveries going from production plant-to-plant or plant-to-distribution center. Drivers for this fleet haul temperature-controlled retail products and most of the freight is drop and hook, meaning you will drop off a full load and leave with an empty container.

5. Job Title: Dedicated Truss Fleet

Average Weekly Earnings: $1100

Job Description: Driver’s driving for Roehl’s Dedicated Truss Fleet are paid hourly as opposed to be the mile as the fright requires the use of a crane in addition to driving. You will be delivering rafters and floor trusses for a single customer, with consistent year-round work. Driver’s for this fleet are expected to reside near Roehl’s Marshfield, WI terminal and this is where you day starts and ends.  

6. Job Title: Dedicated Wausau Fleet – Local Route

Job Description: The Wausau Fleet has openings for dedicated truck drivers. This is a local route, which means drivers are home every night. Driver’s for this fleet typically have a 45 to 50-hour workweek over the course of five days, with most weekends off. Drivers work from 3:30 PM until 12:30 AM Monday through Friday. Qualified CDL drivers must live within 30 miles of the Wausau terminal as this is a local driving job.
