To be eligible, you must be an employee of Roehl Transport or Roehl Logistics OR a child, stepchild, or grandchild under
the age of 24 of an employee of Roehl Transport or Roehl Logistics.
You must be a high school senior or graduate, GED holder, or a current postsecondary undergraduate,
who plans to enroll in part-time or full-time undergraduate studies at an accredited two-year or four-year college,
university, or vocational program for the upcoming academic year.

Stress is the feeling we get when under too much mental and emotional pressure.
Our bodies release the hormones adrenaline and cortisol in response to stress. Stress is our body’s reaction to help deal with pressure or threats. Once the pressure or threat has passed our stress hormone levels usually return to normal.
Small bouts of stress can motivate you to take action and can make you feel alive/excited. However, too much stress can cause negative effects on your body, relationships, and mood.
Educating ourselves on how we cope with our stress and discovering healthy ways to deal with those situations can go a long way in living a healthful and positive life.
