Where do you see yourself or your teammates living our values?
Thank you to everyone who nominated a fellow teammate for the Living Our Values Recognition Program in July. We received many honorable nominees who excel at living Roehl’s values.
Join me in congratulating our monthly winners Shelley Nelson, Director of Application Development and Felipe Mondragon, driver on the Van Chicago Metro fleet. Each was chosen for their phenomenal work of exhibiting one or more of our values. These two individuals will go on to be entered into a quarterly recognition group. One of these valued teammates may be selected by our esteemed leadership team who will pick one non-driver and one driver to win a prize each quarter.
Find out more about why there were nominated here.
Please continue to nominate your fellow teammates who are living our values and transcend them to an exceptional level. Our values guide our behaviors and that is a big reason we are one of North America’s safest, largest, and most successful trucking companies.

Roehl Transport helps with special delivery to Camp Toccoa
On July 3, 2023, Roehl Transport helped fulfil a longtime project at Camp Toccoa at Currahee in Georgia, by delivering the missing engines and props for their Project C47.
After hearing about Project C47, and the engine donation, Roehl’s Experienced Driver Recruiter, Missy Payne, who also serves as chairperson of the Toccoa Elks Lodge House Committee, quickly started working on coordinating a plan to get the engines and props delivered from Basler Turbo Conversions of Oshkosh, WI to the Camp in Georgia via a Roehl Transport Flatbed truck.
Missy talks about how her passions came together for this, “Toccoa Elks Lodge #1820 is where I volunteer most of my free time and where I heard about the project. Veterans are very important to our Lodge and many of our members volunteer at Camp Toccoa at Currahee here in my small town in Georgia. My job with Roehl Transport is another passion of mine. To be able to combine these things in such an awesome way has brought me an overwhelming sense of gratitude and appreciation to be associated with our Veterans, our history and a company like Roehl Transport who supports them both. Roehl’s values are the reason I have been here almost 12 years and why I will continue to stay.”
