TeamRoehl Get in Gear 5/10K

Calling all TeamRoehl teammates!
Registration begins today for the 2023 TeamRoehl Get in Gear 5/10K. Walk, run or bike the Mill Creek Trail in Marshfield, or participate virtually in a location of your choosing. All Roehl teammates, along with their families and friends, are encouraged to participate.

For those participating in person, join us after the race for a summer cook-out and socialize with other Get in Gear participants.
All employee participants will be entered to win a smartwatch.
Proceeds raised from the Get in Gear 5/10K will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Each year the Ronald McDonald House Charities help families save more than $504 million in hotel and meal expenses.

Family Health and Fitness Day
Saturday, June 10th is Family Health and Fitness Day!
Join in and celebrate by finding a fun activity that your entire family can participate in!
If the weather is nice get outside by going for a bike ride, visiting your local park, participate in a sport (basketball, soccer, baseball, water skiing, kayaking, etc.), build an obstacle course in your backyard, walk/hike a trail, or any other activity that gets you up and moving!
Did you also know that our new wellness app, Virgin Pulse allows you to invite up to 10 family and friends to use the app? This is a great opportunity to support each other to live more healthful lives! You can challenge each other in the app to eat more vegetables/fruits, to exercise, drink more water, stay on top of your finances, and more!!Please note that they will not be able to see or participate in anything Roehl related but can still use the app for all of its capabilities.

Men’s Health Week
According to the CDC, men in the United States, on average, die 5 years earlier than women and die at higher rates from the three leading causes of death, heart disease, cancer, and unintentional injuries.
Join Roehl’s Wellness Program as we encourage men to take control of their health, and for families to teach young boys healthy habits.
Wear blue on Friday, June 16th to raise awareness for the health and wellbeing of boys and men.
