As an Administrative Assistant, you make a difference by providing clerical support to our Warranty Manager. We provide you with the training and support you need to succeed with Roehl Transport.
The Fit:
In this role, you maintain a close working relationship with warranty manager, maintenance department managers, maintenance technicians, payroll department, drivers, outside maintenance facilities, and other maintenance support to ensure quality and workflow efficiency. Reports to the warranty manager. You must possess the following skills:
- Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to new situations, copes effectively with deadlines
- Demonstrates effective time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Sound personal computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft products
- High attention to detail and accuracy
The Experience:
No direct experience is necessary; however, we prefer someone with some clerical experience, knowledge of tractor trailers, and safety compliance. We will gladly train the right person.
The Schedule:
This opportunity offers Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm
