Charles started off his career with Roehl as a company driver in 2004. Over the years he has been an owner operator, achieving owner operator of the year twice before moving onto being a Fleet Manager. Charles has also works as a Planner, Customer Service Representative and most recently a Fleet Training Manager.
Charles looks forward to assisting company drivers achieve their goals and dreams of becoming business owners.
Charles likes to spend his free time with his family and 3 dogs Sammy, Ava and Peanut.
