The Opportunity:
Exciting and challenging career opportunity in our Gary, IN terminal as a Flatbed Fleet Operations Manager. You will make a difference by leading and developing a group of fleet managers responsible for leading a fleet of professional drivers. You will lead your team to achieve safety, service, revenue, and retention goals. As a leader, you will take proactive steps to ensure positive outcomes, manage performance, and, through example, champion our values. You will develop your fleet managers through coaching, guidance, and leading by example so they can lead their drivers to success.

This Fleet Operations Manager will work on-site at the Gary, IN terminal and reports to Mitch LeGrand, Director of Flatbed Operations. Relocation assistance will be considered.
