Maintenance Facility Groundskeeper

Job Overview

The Opportunity:

Now is your chance to help support moving America's freight as a Building and Facility Grounds Keeper with Roehl Transport, a Forbes Magazine Best Mid-Sized Employer, and an ATA Presidents' Award-winning carrier! In this role you make a difference by having basic building maintenance skills, ability to interact and communicate effectively with both management staff and peers. Duties include facility and grounds maintenance and minor building maintenance repairs.

Candidate must have the ability to run heavy equipment such as lawn & garden equipment, and forklifts.

The Experience:

• This is an experience to entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for someone that takes pride in their work.
• Experience in building and facility grounds maintenance is a bonus. We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful.
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated and willing to help others and has solid cleaning skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a tidy and safe environment.
• Facility Maintenance ensuring all areas are functional and presentable.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the facility.

The Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8a.m. to 4:30p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday - 11a.m. to 7:30p.m.
 

The Wage:

You will receive a competitive hourly wage, variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and Paid Time Off!

This position is eligible for Overtime.
