How much will I make?

Most Class A CDL jobs focus on a static cents per mile. Sure, it might go up over time, but generally a driver makes the same CPM on each load they pull.

At Roehl, we've evolved driver pay to a dynamic play plan that better compensates a driver for their time. For example, a driving pulling a load that is 50 miles might earn $1.64 for those miles and they then might earn mileage rates are only a portion of what you can earn given all the extras Roehl pays you for.

We also offer a full per diem reimbursement) that reduce your weekly taxes and increase your net pay.

Many CDL driving jobs keep you on the road week after week to get the miles you need to support your family. Our customer structure, operations model and freight flow maximize productivity so you don’t have to be gone as long. How many miles will I get?

Depending on fleet choice, our goal is to provide you 2,300 to 2,600 miles per week. Our safety record, maintenance schedules and freight flow plans keep you moving so you can maximize your earning potential.

Remember, this is only the starting portion of your pay – and even our base compensation goes farther than other trucking companies. When you join Roehl, you can add thousands of dollars to your annual income because you're paid Address-to-Address Practical Route Miles, which more accurately reflects the miles you've driven - typically 5-8% more miles.
