Eligibility
Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job.
Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training.
- Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience. Some fleets may require 6 months or even a year of experience to join. Have a CDL, but no recent experience? Check out the Roehl Relaunch Program™!
Earnings
- Weekly Average $1,495
- Annual Average $77,700
- Top drivers are earning $1,650 a week
- Earnings are based on an average of actual Roehl drivers with at least one year of experience.

Job Overview
Regional driving with a rhythm you can plan around.
This fleet keeps you close to home — running primarily through Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Minnesota on a roughly 5-day work week. You’ll get home on weekends and typically at least once during the week.
