Eligibility
Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job.
Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training.
- Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience. Some fleets may require 6 months or even a year of experience to join. Have a CDL, but no recent experience? Check out the Roehl Relaunch Program™!
Earnings
- Weekly Average $1,325
- Annual Average $68,900
- Top drivers are earning $1,925 a week
- Earnings are based on an average of actual Roehl drivers with at least one year of experience.

Job Overview
National Refrigerated Fleet — home every week, with the flexibility to work the schedule you want.
Haul cheese and other frozen or temperature-controlled freight (minimal produce) on national lanes, with weekly home time as your baseline and flexible options, if you want to be out longer and be home longer.
