Eligibility
Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job.
Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training.
- Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience. Some fleets may require 6 months or even a year of experience to join. Have a CDL, but no recent experience? Check out the Roehl Relaunch Program™!
Earnings
- Weekly Average $1,260
- Annual Average $65,500
- Top drivers are earning $1,525 a week
- Earnings are based on an average of actual Roehl drivers with at least one year of experience.

Job Overview
Regional flatbed running the I-65 & I-75 power lanes — home every week.
Haul steel, lumber, building products, and machinery across one of the country’s most active freight corridors. You’ll be home for 48 hours most weekends, with cargo securement training available if you’re looking to build new skills on the job.
