- Our paid, on-the-job CDL-A training program is available where we have customer demand (including in many states east of I35, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and other areas of the country like the Phoenix metro area), and the training is completed near our terminals in Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago and Appleton & Marshfield, Wisconsin. We recently opened up hiring in a couple of areas in Alabama, Arkansas and near Lake City, Florida.
Your operating area will depend on the fleet you are in.

- Get Paid to Get Your CDL
Eligibility
Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job.
Earnings
- Weekly Average $1,360
- Annual Average $70,700
- Top drivers are earning $2,000 a week
- Earnings are based on an average of actual Roehl drivers with at least one year of experience.
Schedule
- 3 days home after 11-14 days out

If you qualify, Roehl Transport will pay you to get your CDL & earn a great living as a truck driver.
- Training to obtain your CDL is part of the job.
- You are hired and paid as an employee on day 1.
- You’ll be paid while you get your CDL.
- Your CDL training is three weeks and is available in multiple locations.
- We provide lodging and most meals.
- After you have your CDL, you’ll continue your on-the-job training as a long haul truck driver.
