Eligibility
Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job.
Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training.
- Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience. Some fleets may require 6 months or even a year of experience to join. Have a CDL, but no recent experience? Check out the Roehl Relaunch Program™!

- Weekly Average $1,195
- Annual Average $62,100
- Top drivers are earning $1,625 a week
- Earnings are based on an average of actual Roehl drivers with at least one year of experience.

Job Overview
The Dairyland Fleet: regional refrigerated driving that keeps you close to home.
Run 1–2 loads a day — cheese, frozen pizzas, ice cream, and other temperature-controlled products (no milk, very little produce) — across Wisconsin and into Eastern Minnesota, Northern Illinois, and Northern Michigan. Because the hiring area practically mirrors the operating area, you’re never far from home.
What the job looks like:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, or Saturday morning.
- Home Time: 48 hours weekly, typically including at least one weekend day. Some areas may even you get home more frequently.
- Equipment: Modern trucks with air ride suspension — quiet and comfortable.
- Freight: Predictable runs on familiar regional lanes.

Job Responsibilities, Qualifications & Summary
Responsibilities- Operate truck to transport goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Follow traffic laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
- This is a Class A CDL truck driving job. On-the-job training may be available.
- As a Class A CDL truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods using a truck, making on-time deliveries.
