Eligibility
Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job.
Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training.
- Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience. Some fleets may require 6 months or even a year of experience to join. Have a CDL, but no recent experience? Check out the Roehl Relaunch Program™!
Earnings
- Weekly Average $1,615
- Annual Average $83,900
- Top drivers are earning $2,000 a week
- Earnings are based on an average of actual Roehl drivers with at least one year of experience.

Job Overview
- Dedicated distribution-to-store freight across OH, IN, IL, WV, and MI — all drop-and-hook.
Run loads from a distribution center to retail stores across a defined five-state region. Every stop is drop-and-hook, so there’s no waiting around. Weekly home time is standard, with the potential for more depending on where you’re based.
How the pay works: - Per-Mile Pay: Competitive mileage rate plus pick-up and drop pay.
- Experience Bonus: CDL-A drivers with 1+ year get an extra 5¢/mile for their first year on this fleet.
- Performance & Safety Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for drivers.
- Weekly Home Time: Consistent home time, potentially more based on location.
