Job Overview
You’ll have predictable and consistent home time with a set schedule in any of our Van HOMEtime PLUS™ fleets. Choose between one of our three flexible schedule work configurations:
- 7 days driving, 4 days off, 7 days driving, 3 days off (rotating)
- 14 days driving, 7 days off
- 7 days driving, 7 days off
You’ll drive OTR and deliver unique freight across America and Canada, and then you’ll be home for the time prescribed by your fleet.

The Van HOMEtime PLUS™ Fleets offer many of the same benefits as the National Van Fleet, including the Your Choice Pay Plan™ that allows you to earn a pay increase each quarter up to our top rate.
We pay you for services many other companies overlook—like all intermediate pickups and drops, premiums if you go to NYC and Canada.
