Trucker Full Body Stretches
While driving, you're sitting for long periods of time, that can cause your body to stiffen because of slowed blood-flow. To get the blood flow back to all areas of your body- stretch yourself out!
Remember to breathe normally throughout the stretches and don't hold your breathe. If you feel pain - stop the stretch immediately as you may be stretching too intensely, and this could cause an injury. Slowly ease into each of the stretches and stop at the point you feel tension.
For best results hold each stretch for minimum of 45 seconds.

As an office personnel you may be sitting for long periods of time. Click the link below to find stretches you can do right at your desk. These stretches will help you refocus and help your body feel more comfortable.
According to the May Clinic, more than four hours a day of screen time can increase your risk of death by a cause by 50%. There's also a 125% risk for cardiovascular disease.
You can set an alarm or timer to remind you to take a quick walk or stretch during the day. These desk stretches can be done quickly at your desk if you are pressed for time and can't leave your desk for a walk.
