Medical Plan Wellness Incentives

Get a discount on the cost of your health insurance!  Earn Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Funds!


Health Insurance Premium Discount

Employees on the Roehl medical plan and their enrolled spouses who complete a visit with their primary care provider can qualify for discounted medical premiums.  This discount can save you up to $286 per year for Employee Only or Employee + Children Coverage or up to $572 per year for Employee + Spouse or Family coverage (please note, to obtain the full discount both you and your covered spouse will have to complete a primary care visit). 

To receive the discount for 2023, you must provide documentation via this form showing a preventive care visit within the past 12 months.  

To receive the discount for 2024, complete a preventive care visit with your primary care physician between January 1 - December 31, 2023.  No action is required on your part for visits completed from January 1 - July 31, 2023.  Complete this form for visits occurring from August 1 - December 31, 2023 or if you were not enrolled in the Roehl medical plan at the time of the visit.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Funding

Earn 50% of your HRA funds for the 2024 plan year by completing the Health Check through Virgin Pulse before November 30, 2023.

If you do not complete the Health Check, you will not be eligible for the maximum contribution.  You will only receive the Automatic Contribution listed in the table below.

What is Virgin Pulse?
Virgin Pulse is a wellness app being offered as part of the Roehl Wellness Program.  This app will make it easy for you to manage your health and wellness, access benefit information, as well as engage with and utilize the health and wellness programs we offer. 

What is the Health Check?
The Health Check is a 5-10 minute survey focused on your health and habits.  Upon completion, you will receive a personalized summary highlighting the areas you are doing well in, as well as what you can do to improve.  Completing the Health Check will enable a more personalized user experience through the Virgin Pulse app.

How do I access the Health Check?
Download the Virgin Pulse app or visit https://Join.virginpulse.com/Roehl.
 
Once registered:
  • Select Health at the top of the page. 
  • Under Health Check, click Go To Survey.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the Health Check.
