Astia Health Review by Ashlee K.
"I woke up with ear pain at 5:00 am and went to the Astia Health website. I filled out the Get Care Now form online and asked to be called. By 8:30 am I received a phone call from the local clinic and they asked when I wanted to be seen. I said as soon as possible and they told me to come down.
I got to the clinic and was greeted at the window by Jake. He took my information, asked me some questions about why I was there and my health history and in less than 5 minutes I was in the exam room. Mark came in within 1-2 minutes, asked me a few questions and looked in my ear. He showed me the inside of it using a digital scope and explained that I had an ear infection. He went over what an ear infection was, how they happen, what I can expect and answered all my questions.
Mark put in a prescription to the pharmacy of my choice, printed me discharge instructions and I was out of the clinic and back to work in less than 20 minutes.
Jake followed up with me via telephone 2 days later just to check in and see how everything was going. Everyone was very professional and it was one of the best and most timely healthcare experiences I've ever had."
