Roehl Transport has earned the 2014 Military Friendly Employer® designation by Victory Media, publisher of G.I. Jobs and Military Spouse magazines. The elite Military Friendly Employer title is awarded to companies after a data-driven survey of over 5,000 companies with resulting survey data independently tested by Ernst & Young LLP. Roehl received the recognition after completing a lengthy survey that resulted in a benchmark score across key programs and policies, such as the strength of company military recruiting efforts, the percentage of new hires with prior military service, retention programs, and company policies on National Guard and Reserve service. Roehl has long been attractive place to work for military veterans and active Reserves. Everett Roehl started Roehl Transport in 1962, shortly after his military service ended. Now, military veteran employees of Roehl Transport receive recognition as a part of the Roehl Honor Program™.
