Home Daily Driver Instructor
As an Orientation and Driver Development Instructor you make a difference by training new employees in our innovative Get Your CDL (GYCDL) Program. Individuals who are hired into our GYCDL Program are new to the transportation industry. You work with these students through various stages of training for about three weeks. Your objective is to provide them the practical and tactical knowledge they need to pass their CDL exam and become safe and productive members of TeamRoehl.
As an instructor and teacher, it is critical that you are able to effectively empathize, be a solid communicator, a first rate listener, and possess a high level of self-awareness. You create Driver Success by helping our new hires learn the Roehl Way of Protective Driving so that they can be safe and productive members of the team.
How much will I make?
You will receive a competitive hourly wage, variable compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off! This role also offers a relocation package for the right candidate. We even offer 100% tuition reimbursement if you want to further advance your education!
When will I be home?
You'll be home nightly. You'll work mostly 0630-1630.

We offer our Get Your CDL program near some of our terminal locations. You can see where we currently provide GYCDL training by visiting our Get Your CDL training and locations page.
