Bart Wilson, Chairman of the association, and Major Ken Hunter of the Arizona Department of Public Safety presented the award to Tom Witt, President of Roehl Transport’s Flatbed & Specialized Division, during the Association’s Awards Ceremony on July 17, 2014.
